Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Analytics Avenue for your data analytics courses. We are committed to delivering a valuable learning experience. Please review our Refund Policy carefully, which outlines the terms and conditions regarding refund requests.

Refund Rules:

A. Cancellation Window: Analytics Avenue commits to delivering courses as per the outlined specifications and timelines on the website. If the course fails to meet your expectations due to circumstances or limitations from our end, you may request a cancellation during the Cancellation Window by contacting us at [email protected]. Refund requests will be considered if they meet the conditions specified in this policy.

B. Refund Window: The Refund Window is valid for 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of your attendance at the first 2 sessions. No refund requests will be entertained after the expiry of the Refund Window.

C. Refund Process: Refund requests must be made from your registered email ID and phone number. Our team may contact you to verify details within 2 (two) business days from the receipt of the refund request.

D. Withdrawal of Refund Request: If you decide to continue with the course after initiating a refund request, you can withdraw it by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawal requests are final, and you cannot initiate a new refund request for the same course.

E. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 45 – 60 business days to the same payment source used for registration. If there are difficulties in processing the payment, you may need to provide details of an alternate bank account within 5 (five) calendar days upon request.

F. Fraudulent Activity: Analytics Avenue reserves the right to withdraw or cancel refunds in cases of identified fraudulent activity by the learner. No re-attempt of a refund will be made in such circumstances.

G. Partial or Advance Payment: Remitted token amounts for partial or advance payment are non-refundable if full payment is not received within seven (7) days.

H. Policy Modifications: Analytics Avenue reserves the right to make changes to the policies without prior notice. Extreme circumstances may lead to the cancellation of a mentee’s course, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions:

• Cancellation requests for Pro courses within five calendar days from the purchase date will be processed with a valid reason.
• Kickstarter courses are non-refundable.
• Once the course has commenced, no refund requests will be entertained, except for delivery issues in Pro courses.

Delivery Issues: Defined as non-receipt of communication, inability to access class recordings, or platform downtime. For medical concerns, mentees may temporarily pause or reschedule the course, excluding EMI deferral.
